Equalizer Pre-Amp
« on: January 01, 2011, 17:48:51 »
Is it possible to be implemented an pre-amp to the equalizer, like in some other players? I am attaching scr.shot, to be clear what i mean. Thanx!
And Happy New Year to all of you!

It seems easy to do, I just need to add a gstreamer volume element to the gstreamer pipeline. The only question is what min and max value I should use, and what scale : volume in gstreamer can go beyond 1, and currently gmusicbrowser use a cubic volume scale.

Great to hear that :)
I think -12 +12 will be OK. About the scale, well let's say 3, or like eq is scalling, though :)
Once again, Thanx :)
