Hi,
I have a flac file which gets to a very specific point in the song, stops playing, and skips to the next song. The strange this is that this file plays in Banshee. It also encodes cleanly to an mp3 so I don't think there is an error with the flac itself, or at least one that other players have a problem with. I was wondering why this might be happening. I am on Ubuntu 14.04 with the default packages installed. I didn't compile anything by hand and only installed from the default ubuntu repo. I am using gmusicbrowser 1.1.12. I can email the song but it is quite big. I am wondering if I could post it to dropbox and give you the link? Where can I send the link to?
Again, this is really strange. Banshee has no problem with playback. VLC doesn't either. It just seems to be gmusicbrowser. It also happens with multiple songs but always at exactly the point in each song so it is reproducible.
Thanks,
~Ben
