Thx! Ok didn't help at all (rebooted etc,), but I think I did notice what is the reason at my case.
I have one big (or it was odd years ago) internal HDD where my music collection is gathering dust. I just noticed that it isn't mounted automatically at the startup. There is icon of it on the desktop which fooled me to think everything is ok on that part. Which isn't true there is slight difference in opacity it seems.
Need to take a few restarts to see if it was that.
Linux is odd corner of universe says old DOS/Windows guy. :P
EDIT
-------
Yep problem seems to be that the source HDD was inactive/unmounted at startup as is my floppydrive also. When the gmusicbrowser gives the "Resource not found" note when trying to play something after reboot I just mounted the drive and TaDa! everything works as it should.
Like when I redo the library the file dialog window seems to mount the drive as I ofcourse need to explore the directory and to do so I click the HDD icon of that unmounted drive and I assume that Xubuntu at that stage mounts the drive and everything starts to work normally.
Now the question is ofcourse why it doesn't mount automatic, but this is not the place to ask such thing.
In the meantime I could ask why the gmusicbrowser doesn't mount the physically installed HDD when it starts if it is listed as source for music collection.
Thx again VastOne to got me thinking
PS. I wonder how many of those "Resource not found" problems listed in other sites is actually this unmounted source disk related...
