No, they are very different properties, type has only a few possible values, and bitrate needs to be sorted numerically.
But I will add a way to create custom field that use other other fields like "$type $bitrate" and more.
Also, if you only want to have them in the same column, you can create a SongTree column that does that. (Ask me if you can't figure out how to do it, the SongTree syntax is a bit too complex, and not well documented)
