I really like using gmusicbrowser as my music library manager. I usually use gmusicbrowser as an Icecast server and it works great. One thing that is missing is that gmusicbrowser does not pass the song metadata to the client when a new song is played. Therefore, I don't know what song is currently playing. Is there a setting to make it happen, or will it be in any future release?
It's not possible currently. I'm not sure how hard it would be to add this, I'll take a look when I have time, if it's easy I will add it.
