If I save an artist image via web search, the default name is "cover.jpg". It's possible to customize this by configuration dialog?
Sorry it's not possible, I've wanted to fix that for a long time, and somehow never gotten around to it. :(
I'm going to rewrite that part in v1.1.x soon, so it's a bit late to fix it now.

FWIW i don't find it a problem to replace the word cover with artist_album before saving anyway. That way all the pics are labelled as
I want.
