All my music collection is under '~/Música'
When I try to rename any folder i got this messages:
"Renombrando ~/Mºsica/Fonoteca/000_Electronica/
a ~/Mºsica/Fonoteca/000_Electronic/
fallido : No existe el fichero o el directorio"

Something similar happened in mass renamer as you can see in attachment

thanks for reporting this, there is indeed a bug with non-ascii folder names, I'm working on a fix.

Thank for your quick reply and wok in gmusicbrowser
It's a great software  ;D

The problem is still present in last git version.
Mass renamer shows the same old behavior but in rename folder is slightly different:
Now following error message appears a new entry in the folder list with the wrong characters
but the files are not actually moved.
After restarting gmusicbrowser the wrong entry disappears.

the fix in git is only about renaming folder, I haven't finished the mass-rename fix.
The rename folder works for me, can you give me more details, what is the exact name, maybe small screenshots, is there an error message ?

thanks, I didn't think of the case where the non-ascii characters were in the parent folder. It should work now.

The mass-renaming bug should be fixed in git too now.
