Hello Gmb people  :)

Has anyone got any suggestions re this:

Recently I accidently moved some music files to a different location, so when I opened Gmb it of course couldn't find them (I have fixed it all up and I know to move them from within gmb).

After accidently moving them, I started gmb and tried to play a track from a static list. It couldn't find it (because I had moved it's location) so it deleted itself from the static list and from the library and then continued doing the same to a whole lot of tracks.

My question is: Is there any way to stop it from deleting the track from the static list and library, for example: to just give me an error notice and do nothing more?
I see in 'Settings' that there is a box that says 'automatically remove current song if not found' but I have never had  it ticked.

If there is no way to do it, then it is ok I will live with it

Thanks for reading - I'm hoping someone can help me tame this beast

EDIT I'm using 1.1.14

Many thanks to you Quentin
I've tried so many players but none were satisfactory. But I think yours might see me happy  :)

Questions / [Solved] will V 1.1.13 work in mint 17?
November 13, 2014, 08:59:59
Hi
Being unfamiliar with linux I'm not sure if Ver 1.1.13 will work with my OS.
Ver 1.1.12 is in the software manager but I am ok to install 1.1.13?

I'm sorry for the probably dumb question but I'm not sure how to figure it out.
